Adzio ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered assistant for Google Ads, accessible at askadzio.com. Adzio is a product of ADSHOT MEDIA LLC. By using Adzio you agree to these Terms of Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to connect a Google Ads account to use Adzio. By connecting an account that belongs to a business or agency, you represent that you have permission to do so.
Adzio connects to your Google Ads account via Google OAuth. You grant Adzio permission to read your campaign data and make changes you explicitly approve. You remain solely responsible for:

Adzio uses AI to generate recommendations, write ad copy, and surface insights. AI output can be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing all suggestions before approving any changes to your Google Ads account. Adzio never makes changes without your explicit confirmation.
We aim to keep Adzio running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
Adzio offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADSHOT MEDIA LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Adzio, including but not limited to lost ad spend, missed conversions, or account suspensions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify ADSHOT MEDIA LLC against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Adzio or your violation of these terms.
You may stop using Adzio at any time by disconnecting your Google account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your OAuth tokens are deleted and no further API calls are made to your Google Ads account.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects any changes. Continued use of Adzio after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
